Why is there no cookie banner?
Cookie regulations (the ePrivacy Directive, and Spain's LSSI) require prior consent for non-essential cookies -- analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Qhalix's only cookie is strictly functional (it adjusts how the interface looks to you, it doesn't track your activity or get shared with anyone), so it doesn't require that prior consent. If Qhalix ever adds analytics, this page and the corresponding banner will be updated before it's switched on.
